Besides the basic properties of PT-cellulose film in sheet, the most important properties of the latter kind of roll cellulose film are that its thickness is much more even than sheet cellulose film along the whole width direction because of the little difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the film; and that it is more suitable for printing and laminating because of the special surface treated by special processes.
Coated cellulose film is made by applying a thin layer of nitrocellulose lacquer on the surface of PT-cellulose film, which gives the film the important properties of moisture proofness.
The subsidiary company-Weifang Lancel Hygiene Products Limited specializes in the manufacturing of tissue products. The products cover toilet paper, napkin, facial tissue, kitchen towel (C-fold towel and N-fold towel), and diaper paper.The company also supply kinds of paper in jumbo rolls with basis weight from 13gsm to 42gsm. Its annual production is 36,000 metric tons. All products are made from virgin pulp with high grade. It has exported the products to America, Australia and Asian countries and earned high evaluations.
