We have two branch production bases, with one base located in Dongguan and established in 2003. This branch is a medium-sized factory specialized in ladies' leather handbags, PVC and PU handbags and other ladies' bags with medium and high quality.
With the business continuously expanding, we also established the other base in Yiwu City in 2006, specialized in leisure handbags, cotton bags, canvas bags, shopping carts,travel bags and sleeping bag.
In our Yiwu production base, we set up Cutting Workshop, Silk-screen printing Workshop, Sewing Workshop and Inspecting Workshop. Different workshops work together closely to guarantee the quality and quantity. We have won a good reputation among customers with good quality, competitive prices and advanced techniques since our establishment.
We have 400 sets of machines and 350 skilled workers in our sewing workshops, based on different technologies and our total production capacity can be 300,000pcs per month at least.
The R&D center in our factory not only makes the samples based on the drawings according to customers' requirements, but also makes moulds and provides silk-screen printing within the shortest time. Our tenet is "for better to improving the quality of bags, our factory established our own IE department to explain all the techniques and the process on the quality to all of our workers". Our mission is "inspect the quality during the raw material in our warehouse, cutting, and initial stage, metaphase of sewing, as well as final stage of finished bag based on the AQL standards".
