Guangdong Jinxiang Gold Card Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in telecommunication card and smart card.
It is the largest scale common card manufacture base of Guangzhou and the only one high-tech enterprises including card-making, printing, equipment research and development, IC Card system integration. Its registered capital is 5 million Yuan, actual investment is 10 million Yuan, and work area is more than 2000 square meters.
There are two great products: One is Common Card which according to the international standard, mainly contain PVC card and paper card; The other is smart card, mainly contain the contact IC card, reaction card/contact less card and smart label/electronic label.
Our producing process generally divided into intact designs, electricity divide into plate-making, pass oil of, polish, pass glue, gilt mounting, mould cut, glue box, load paper with and nail the equipments of production lines. Our technology not only continues the traditional printing, but also combines special printing: Including color papers, color cards, color bags, color boxes, hang cards, advertising for album, poster, year calendar etc.
We can make 350,000 common cards and 30,000 IC cards daily; and the sum of production is 60 million common cards, 7,200,000 contact IC card, 3,600,000 contactless cards, 1,200,000 TOKEN yearly.
Our company has two matured product line which can make card automatically during the whole process and many different after-card product line. In order to ensure produce the high-quality card, our company has introduced the most advanced, most accurate equipment in the world: New Komori four-color UV printing machine, numerical control lamination machine, numerical control punching card machine, etc. Producing common cards which 100% accord with the international standard, national standard (carry out ISO 7810, ISO 7813 of the standards), the smart card (carry out ISO 14443 standard), smart label (carry out ISO 15693 standard).etc.
