Shanghai Prairiesun Solar Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. We are one of the 9 fully funded subsidiaries of Inner Mongolia Lu-shan Energy Group. As a professional producer of photovoltaic solar modules, Prairiesun currently has 350 employees. In 2010, Prairiesun's full series of products acquired German TUV Rheinland certification.
As a part of our group with a fully vertical integrated photovoltaic industrial chain, Shanghai Prairiesun, depending on advantageous low costs in production and excellent managerial fleet both at home and abroad, is able to properly control the quality of materials so as to guarantee the supply of quality products.
Up to the end of 2010, the production capacity of solar components has reaches 200MW and production is carried out in 4 independent factories, in addition to a global sales center with plenty of human resources. The strategic production expanding plan formulated by our group is implemented. In March, 2011, Shanghai Prairiesun initiated the construction of a new plot which covers 161mu for solar component production. Upon the completion of the project, our production capacity will reach 700MW. By the end of 2012, our production capacity of solar components is estimated to reach 1GW.
In the coming 2 years, Shanghai Prairiesun will endeavor to explore the international markets. Based upon the sales branch in Munich, over 10 sales branches will be established in major markets. Moreover, 30 distributors will be developed throughout the world to perfect our global sales network.
