Wafangdian Spherical Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly Wafangdian City Spherical Bearing Factory) has been transformed into a bearing manufacturing company through joint stock system.
Our company is situated in the northern suburb of Dalian of Liaoning Peninsula, with Wafangdian Bearing Group Corp. in the neighborhood. Since our establishment in 1986, we have been one of the bearing manufacturers designated by the national Metallurgical Industry Bureau.
Our company produces seven types of bearings, such as deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, thrust roller bearings and thrust ball bearings, which are widely used in the industries of metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemistry, heavy machinery, cement, paper making and sugar. The bearings produced by our company have been sold to 28 provinces, cities and autonomous prefectures at home as well as 7 countries and regions in the Southeast Asia and Africa abroad.
Our company has strong technical capabilities and rich experience in connection with bearing production as well as modern scientific management system, advanced technology, complete special equipment and perfect testing and measuring means.
Since 1991, our company has been awarded 16 honorary titles, such as "A Certificate of Products Mark in Application" and "A Certificate of Confirmation of Management Qualification" issued by the National Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau and "A Qualified Unit of Hitting the Target of All Round Quality Control and Reliable Products in Quality" and "Abiding By Contract and Keeping to Credit" respectively awarded by the National Agriculture Ministry and Liaoning Provincial and Dalian Quality Control Supervision bureau as well as Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau.
Our company has successfully passed ISO9002 Quality Management System certification in Feb, 1999, due to the fact that our company has modern scientific management system. We have also been issued a UKAS Authentication Certificate of British Loyal Approval Commission in Feb, 2002 by Beijing 9000 Standard Quality System Authentication Center through repeated evaluations of the quality system of our company and a new UKAS Authentication Certificate has been issued to our company again.
Our company still continues to strictly abide by ISO9002 Quality Management System Standards to carry out management, production and service.
