We are enrolling in the investment banking sector in Latin America. Our main object is to structure financing instruments whose guarantees, mainly managed by Trustees, allow our clients to obtain resources for financial purposes in order to develop productive activities. In doing so, we are acquiring, jointly with a group of shareholders, the total equity of a company who is the owner of a coal mine located in the north of Colombia. That is why our company is looking for buyers worldwide who want to acquire 50.000 tons of coal per month after the fifth month, 100.000 ton/month after the ninth month and 200.000 tons/month after the 24th month.
