Fleurandes is a flower exporting wholesaler company located in Ecuador. We are on the flower market over 8 years and serve Russian, European, US markets. We have commercial relationships with 85 % of Ecuadorian growers.
Sales department of our company is always trying to fulfill orders, product requirements of the customers keeping quality standards, that's why we employ highly skilled sales personnel to assure advantage of the sales for our dear clients. In order to keep high level of quality we make negotiations with the best farms of Ecuador .
After the sales done we have special team that provides quality control in warehouses where the products are prepared for delivery. During this process any problem regarding quality issues are solved and pure high quality product is exported.
We provide delivery service using international freight forwarders. Depending upon inquiry product is delivered by air, naval or terrestrial transport door to door or port to port.
Costumer support is provided to satisfy needs of the clients in post-sale process and includes invoice and packing list delivery, tracking shipped product and inform a client, receive claims upon any failure regarding services given and etc.
