Located near Hospet, Karnataka, on sprawling 375 acres of land, manufacturing facilities consist of Mini Blast Furnace, Energy Optimisation furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace and Vacuum Degassing. Bloom-cum-round caster and a Billet Caster and Rolling Mill follow these facilities.

Computerised controls at various stages in steel making ensures consistent product quality. Use of liquid metal gives low levels of tramp elements resulting into clean steel for various critical applications in automotive, engineering industries.

Captive iron ore mines with proven reserves of 17.5 million tons of high quality iron ore, ensures uninterrupted raw material availability for 330 000 tpa steel complex.
