AKL is a company with an aim to provide quality garments for the export market. We are working presently in Woven fabrics and also in Knits. We at Wazup Fashions are continuously striving hard to achieve new horizons by utilizing our resources and deliver our commitments. It is owned and promoted by A K Logistics.
Our own factory with a covered space of 10000 Sq ft has been built on a 650 Sq yd plot in the prime area of Faridabad industrial area. Our production facility is totally integrated to facilitate all the process involved in garment manufacturing in-house.
We at AKL have a dedicated team comprising of committed professionals. Our workforce is well experienced and well equipped to handle your valued queries. Our Production Manager has over 20 years experience in garments; our Pattern Master too, similarly has over 20 years experience. Our 2 Merchants (who are also fashion designers), have 6-7 years experience each, dealing with the US and European markets. They are supported with ever increasing highly motivated assistants and workforce where everyone is given the freedom to express his or her views. Also all benefits as per law are provided to them. Emblishments such as washes, bead work, embroidery are welcome. We have focused team who are well equipped to service the customers in sourcing the textile market and assisting with ideas and sampling. Our Quality Control department ensures perfect production. Our hallmarks are timely delivery, value for money and precision quality.
Integrated Services
With the support of the associate concerns in our group who are involved in the sourcing and processing at different levels of the production, there is practically a vertical integration. Besides, with the able handling of our efficient staff we have very good control on the production and quality of the garments we produce.
We pride ourselves in handling styles with more value additions, which involves printing, embroidery, washing etc since we have tie ups with dedicated vendors. In the past number of years, there has been great emphasis on the use of embroidery on both ethnic and western garments. To cater to the specific demands of our clients, we have dedicated vendors for embroidery and crochet who specialize in different and intricate kinds of the needlework done exclusively by hand and machine.
Quality Assurance
Our team comprising of personnel trained in garment manufacturing technology maintains a strict vigil on the quality. They inspect each style before it goes on to the production line, examining every requirement from sewing to packing. An operation breakdown and machine specification list is prepared for each style. Here, our in-house quality control department steps in. A detailed pre-production meeting is carried out with each department before the new style is loaded on the lines. The high quality of our merchandise is the net result of the collective experience & expertise of our people, systems, procedures & technology.
