We are equipped with all the facilities to manufacture from Lab scale 3L fermenter to Pilot scale fermenter of 10KL capacity. We are a team of young & result oriented team of engineers into manufacturing of Biotech equipments since 1995. Our employees are technically trained and well experienced for many years in this field. We have in house fabrication facility for manufacturing high quality Stainless Steel equipments for Biotech Industries. We also have well equipped Electronics Lab to develop instrumentation, Control & Software for the equipments.
We are proud to say that our fermenter designs had been validated by Regional Research Laboratory, Jammu-a CSIR laboratory. We had technical Collaboration with RRL, Jammu for 5 years for design and validation of our lab scale, pilot scale & Industrial Fermenters. We also have technical collaboration with Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology-Palampur, a CSIR Laboratory, for Mini essential Oil stainless steel distillation units (US Patent No. 6911119) .
We also manufacture Pharmaceutical and Lab grade water purification systems which can be used along with fermenters to serve the need of highly purified water for pure single line fermentation. We manufacture Ultra Pure Water purification system for lab & industries to produce high purity, RNA, DNA free water for analytical & Molecular Biology application.
