Our gloves manufacturing unit as equipped with all types of modernized machinery's as under:
1.Our cutting department possess hand cutting department as well as clicking machines with a cutting capacity 3000 per day with a monthly yield total 100000 pairs per month.
2. Our sewing department with cylinder bed single needle sewing machines along with zig zag and binding machines.
3. Our checking packing departments is equipped with automatic hot iron hands and foaming machines and packing machines to give proper shape of the gloves.
4. our gloves are checked by expert checking people of this trade under the supervision of highly experienced quality control supervisor.
5.Every gloves are kept inside the Dehumidifying Chamber to control moisture of the Gloves.
Our company is supported by highly designed infrastructure and experienced techno crates of this trade.
We have own leather processing unit at
Kolkata Leather Complex and our Gloves Manufacturing Unit is situated within 10 Kms from the Leather Complex with a production capacity of 1,20,000 Pairs Gloves per month.
Our leather is free of TCP,PCP,and CR-VI.We ensure customer satisfaction and quality product.
