PNG TRANSFORMERS PRIVATE LIMITED

PNG Transformers is a privately held company incorporated on October 19th, 2010, which is an off-shoot of Yog Systems India Ltd., where the manufacturing activities of Magnetics are been completely shifted. It has a new manufacturing facility at Noida (Delhi NCR) having a total covered area of 30,000 square feet. The company is accredited with ISO:9000 and 14000.

PNG Transformers (P) Ltd., is a Magnetic Components manufacturer built on the assumption that there is an intrinsic value, personal reward and financial reward for the sweat, effort and sacrifice in producing tangible products that offer customers more value than they expect to receive through innovation in all departments.

We, meaning each employee of PNG, succeed because our customer succeed. Our central focus is the production of Magnetics, custom design by application, design for low cost manufacturing, custom delivery schedules, and administrative support.
We maintain a solid core of business through backward integration to the level of prime sources of raw material.
In short, we are a robust company that adapts to the Ups and Downs in individual industries, Respecting our opponent in both victory and defeat, To be Aggressive hitting First and hitting Harder than our opponent.

(1975) Electronic Component business was started
(1981) Started sales of Copper Enameled Winding Wires
(1985) Started a Liaison office in Malaysia for sourcing of Metal scrap and Capillary Tubes
(1991) Copper Clad Sheet was added to the product basket
(1996) Computer Peripherals were started for OEMs
(1998) Started manufacturing of Magnetics, which was a value addition to the existing line of business
(2003) CPU assembly, testing and packing started for LG Electronics as ODM
(2006) Started punching own stamping as part of backward integration
(2010) Decentralized activities and converted into 11 different companies as an independent profit centre, for better management of resources
(2013) Started Plastic Injection Moulding, wherein own Bobbins are produced along-with other plastic products made of Nylon, PBT etc.

Promoters has also decided to invest for automation of the lines and to implement best suitable solutions for dedicated production lines, to ensure uniform quality, timely delivery planning and cost effectiveness. Some orders for the state-of-art winding machines are already been placed, which are expected to be delivered by April 2011.

The associate companies are also engaged in Non-Ferrous business, hence company is using the benefits of quantity cartel in such cases where quantity plays an important role.

The company is having 27 Control & Management Staff and 400 workers (by end of May 2011) working in 2 shifts of 10 hrs each. It has 6 conveyor lines installed. As soon as 80% of this capacity is utilized, the new plant would be started within no time. (Building for the same is ready having similar area of 30,000 sq.ft.)

The idea of growth is to work with limited customers and Grow as they grow.

At the same time covert all verticals of the company into profit centre and complete backward integration to the prime source level of raw materials.
