Technical Side :
We use a complete Automatic Batch maxing process and shape our bottles on fully automatic I/S machines.

All machines have been procured and commissioned under supervision of highly trained personnel.

For some of our tumblers, we use blowing technique. Every single piece handmade.

Quality Parameters Adopted - We are using all the latest scientific equipment for testing the raw material and finished product. Some techniques are as follows: Thermal Shock for strength, Polari Scope for proper annealing, Pressure test for glass load ability, etc. We are also adopting SQC checking before dispatching the finished goods
