Canara Lighting is the biggest manufacturer of specialized lighting equipment and total lighting solution provider for the last 40 years in Mangalore, India. During this period, the company has designed, developed and productionised a very wide range of products as per international quality and technology. Canara Lighting also provides complete lighting solution to theatres and auditoriums, architectural lighting, engineering industry for high speed photography, solar simulation and other special applications.
Products manufactured are LED Fresnel, LED Panel, LED Cyclorama and effect lights. Other products include, Halogen Fresnel, HMI Fresnel, HMI PAR, Cana Cool, Cana Flo, Moving heads. The company also manufactures different types of grid and rigging equipment. For curtain and drapery requirement such as cyclorama, chroma and theatre curtain for auditoriums, complete system from curtain track, trolleys, motorized system are manufactured at this facility. Complete range of accessories such as C clamp, safety bond, drop arms, pantographs, barrel clamp etc are also manufactured to international safety standards. In order to provide complete solution, products such as dimmers, consoles, power distribution and control panel are part of our deliverables.
Canara has a very exclusive set up in the world, where the entire business activity from consultancy to commissioning is carried out under one roof. This unique organization offers consultancy, design, manufacturing, installation, training and after sales service entirely from its own highly trained technicians. The manufacturing facility Canara's fully integrated manufacturing facility is located on 30,000 sq meters industrial land, with a built-up area of 8,500 sq meters. The facility consists of mold design and manufacturing, aluminum die casting and machining, sheet metal component manufacturing, powder coating, sub assembly and assembly line, grid/automation/control system manufacturing, grid system integration and testing facility, photometry lab, research and development. Canara has in house installation, commission and training professionals. They also provide after sales service and annual maintenance facility.
