SAPU INTERNATIONAL has its own factory on a plot area of about 100,000 square feet with a covered area of about 25000 square feet and having scope for further expansion.
SAPU INTERNATIONAL houses following in the above factory:
a)Production facility for made ups like cutting, stitching, embroidery, washing, steam incoming etc.
b)Quality control by trained & qualified people during and after the production process is completed.
c)Checking and finishing by a team of trained and devoted people so that the final product quality is as per the desired standard.
d)For uninterrupted power supply SAPU INTERNATIONAL has installed two diesel generating sets having combined capacity to generate 165 KVA power.
Apart from the above SAPU INTERNATIONAL intends to install/shift its looms which are scattered at different centres for the manufacture of Rugs. This will enable to have a centralised production centre and facilitate better control over production and quality.
e)Designing & Sampling: SAPU INTERNATIONAL has a full-fledged design centre with an independent textile technologist, designers, coordinators, master embroiders and tailors etc. The centre is engaged in creating new fabrics with various textures, weaves, designs etc. and convert them into made ups like bedcovers, cushion covers, deevet covers, table linen etc. for different buyers.
