Apt Packaging Ltd - Formerly ANIL TUBES, a Machhar Group company is the largest manufacturer of Co-Extruded Plastic Tubes in India with a global client list of Cosmetics & Toiletries manufacturers. UBCPL marks the forward integration of the group towards providing its clients with a Custom Formulation & Full Service Contract Manufacturing facility for Cosmetics & Toiletries in Aurangabad.
We offer our manufacturing services to clients on a Principal-to-Principal (P2P) or Loan License Agreement basis for a wide variety of products including Body Washes / Shower Gels, Creams, Face Washes, Gels, Liquid Soaps, Lotions, Oils, Shampoo's, Conditioners, Shaving Gels and Toothpastes. We provide a COMPLETE VALUE CHAIN INCLUDING tubes for Packaging and a Manufacturing & Filling Facility to reduce Costs and Logistical Efforts of our clients for contract manufacturing their products. We also work with our clients offering them Custom Formulations for products based on a Concept, Specific Idea, Emerging Market Trends or Specific Ingredients.
Our manufacturing facility has been planned with three Multipurpose Manufacturing Lines & four Filling Lines to cater to our clients needs. The entire unit has been set up as per the Schedule M of the GMP & cGMP standards for Cosmetics Manufacturing, complete with Individual Air Handling Systems for all critical areas including Dispensing, Manufacturing and Filling. These Air Handling Systems are equipped with Class 100,000 Hepa filters and Air Conditioning. The critical areas have been designed as per clean room standards with Epoxy Flooring & Coving. The unit is equipped with a Microbiology, Chemical Laboratory & Instrumentation Laboratory to handle Quality Assurance & Quality Checks in house.
