Factory Area: The factory is spread out in 2 lacs sq. Ft. Area. We have about 45000 sq. Ft. For the raw material as well as for the finished goods storage and 1500 sq. Ft. For the administrative office.
Production Capacity: The production capacity of the plant is about 10-12 M. T. Per shift. (We have three high speed versatile corrugating machine out of which two are having oil heating system with boiler and the other on the electrical heating system. )
Production capacity: Our highly versatile equipments can produce about 2 lacs colour cartoons per shift.
Quality Control Equipments: Apart from the highly versatile and modern manufacturing machine as listed above we are fully equipped with the following teting equipments so as to have the conistent quality control on each dispatched from our unit.
1. Compression strength testing machine.
2. Bursting strength testing machine.
3. Cobb Testing machine.
4. Grammage testing machine.
5. Flute testing machine.
6. Ect testing machine.
7. Puncture Resistance testing machine.
8. Moisture content testing machine.
