Turned components (1) nuts & unions, bleeder screws, pistons, valves, push rodsBanjo bolts and machined components as per customers requirements. Material used-free cutting steel (12l14) , mild steel, stainless steel (aisi-304, 316, 409, 410, 420) , copper, brass, aluminium. 7. Rubber components for automobiles like: ( i) boot cover for wheel cylinder. ( ii) cup seal. ( iii) ring seal. ( iv) bleed screw cap. ( v) engine mountings etc. Material used-sbr, EPDM, neoprene, silicon, nbr, natural. 8. Stamped (sheet metal components) -both ferrous and non ferrous. 9. Forged components like:(i) brake shoe pins, locking pins, cotter pins (clipper)(ii) nuts, bolts, studs, washers etc. As per 'din', 'iso', 'astm', 'as', 'jis', 'bs' standards. We strictly follow the norms as laid down by ISO 9000. Our products comply with international standards.
