RFEPL, established in the year 2008 has completed more than 3000 steel buildings / structures of various sizes and functions. The structures include huge warehouses, stadium structures, aircraft hangers, manufacturing units, cold storage units, shopping & office complexes, process structures, pipe racks, etc.

RFEPL studies the requirements of the manufacturer, the shop capabilities, materials available in the local market, stock situation of the materials, local design codes, etc. Based on this information RFEPL develops an internal system by which it serves the manufacturer to suit their requirements

Structural Steel Designing:

We Analyze & Design Industrial sheds, Storage Buildings, Multi-Storey Steel Buildings, Pre-Engineered Buildings using latest software such as Staad-Pro, MBS in accordance with various Building Codes such as IBC, UBC, IS, MBMA, AISC, ASD, etc.

Structural Steel Detailing:

We also provide Detailing Services for all above mentioned Structures which includes Detailed Layouts, Fabrication Drawings, and Erection Drawings & Bill of Materials using latest Software (CADIAN) which is 100% compatible with AutoCAD.

PRE - ENGINEERED BUILDINGS

PEB projects that we have executed over the years feature, Built up Mainframes, Mezzanines, Multiple Cranes, High bay and low bay, Special Bracings for different load conditions, Buildings with Hip & Valleys and Facades. Our output includes design calculations as per American/Canadian Codes, AB Plans, Plans for Approval, Erection Drawings, Shop Drawings and Shipper List or Bill of Materials. Our Engineers and Detailers are well experienced in MBS software. Our transparent & transitional model & internal systems enable our Engineers/Checkers to quickly enhance their skills and understand the client practices
