Microsynth Fabrics (India) Limited (MFIL) is one of the leading manufacturers of 100% Polyester Filament Yarn in India. The operations are located at 156/2, Saily Rakholi Road, Village Saily, Silvassa-396 230 (U.T. of D & NH).
The company was incorporated in 1993 and production started in 1996-97 and is designed to produce specialized yarns such as micro-deniers and coloured yarns. The texturising division has the latest machines; the plant also has latest twisting and draw winding machines.
Technology is from Noy-Vallesina of Italy having high speed Barmag Craft Winders producing various types of bright, semi-dull and cationic yarns of circular, tri-lobal and octolobal cross section.
We are producing 100% Polyester POY both normal as well as coloured. Part of the production is used for in-house texturising and flat yarn and the balance POY is sold in the market. Part of the texturised and flat yarn is also twisted inhouse.
Microsynth also has a well-established export market.
