The factory is spread over a built-up area of 5000 square feet with in-house cutting, printing, stitching, designing, sampling and quality testing facilities. For export markets, products are designed to exactly reflect the culture, custom, and taste of the different societies in the world with emphasis on preserving and protecting the Environment with jute and allied products.RAW MATERIAL:Jute fabrics are procured from different fabric retailers in Tamilnadu and Pondicherry as and when required, but for exports and bulk requirements the fabrics are sourced from Calcutta. Jute blended with cotton fabrics are woven as per our design with help of power loom operators in and around Chennai. Specialty coatings to enhance the features of jute fabrics like Stiffness, Anti bacterial, Fragrance, Stain free, Glitter etc. Form part of our innovations. Presently, rubber-coating trials are being undertaken. These innovations are aimed to make Jute products 100%Bio degradable, Pollution free and eco friendly.
