XL telecom's large state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in India boasts of the finest in every sphere of activity. Backed by sophisticated equipment, the production is totally automated and adheres to the most stringent parameters. With only five persons controlling the process, the fully electronic functioning allows no room for human error. The factory has a large production capacity of about 1000 meters per shift in eight hours - enabling the company to meet both delivery schedules and budgets without any hiccups.

XL telecom was incorporated at hyderabad as a private limited company in 1985 and became a public limited company in 1990. The company is partnered by corning, INC. Of USA and has part financial backing of the industrial development bank of India.

Softprojex, XL telecom's software development arm, offers software solutions and consultancy in the telecommunication domain leveraging on XL telecom's expertise in this vertical industry domain. Softprojex has a presence in the us, UK and Australia besides a large offshore development facility in hyderabad, India.

Solar photo-voltac systems

XL telecom offers a wide range of solar photo-voltaic modules and systems for various applications. Today, solar power is finding increasing acceptance and the indian government is also encouraging this non-conventional energy source. The xlspv modules are manufactured in accordance with world standards on state-of-the-art machinery using the latest technology. XL spv modules convert sunlight into DC by direct photo-voltaic conversion. The electricity generated from these cells, can be used directly or stored in batteries for future use. XL spv modules are hermetically sealed in a pre-programmed electronically controlled laminator to withstand difficult and adverse environmental conditions using high transmission toughened glass and ultra modern light resistant polymer. Each module undergoes rigid test and the output is measured in the sun simulator to ensure trouble-free performance.
