PRODUCTS.We have our own factories to make many products. And we have other factories who manufacturer products under contract. These we call SUPPLIERS.All our suppliers have been with us long term and are aware we are strict on QUALTY CONTROL and know we only allow RECYCLED, SUSTAINABLE AND PLANTATION materials to be used.
Most of our timber and bamboo products are kiln dried. But products made of teak root are not kiln dried. You cannot kiln dry these raw materials because of the thickness of the timber, only age will do this.
PACKING and LABELING. We do all packing and labelling IN HOUSE. Bar coding available if required.
This service is included in the price of our products.
CONTAINER STUFFING. We do all container stuffing IN HOUSE.
We have a full time team that do nothing but load containers. They are professional and very experienced.
SHIPPING. We can ship to any part of the globe.
FUMIGATION.We can arrange all your fumigation requirements.
DOCUMENTATION.We do all your documentation and will forward it to you or your agent.

Q.Do you ship containers from Bali?
A.NO. ITS JUST TOO EXPENSIVE. Bali is an island with no international container terminal. All containers must be transported to Bali from the nearest international container port. Being Surabaya, then returned to Surabaya for shipping. This can cost at least USD1200 extra, and in Bali there is a never ending list of extra costs. Anyway near all the products are made in Java so why not buy direct and save.
Q. Can I buy some of my products in Bali and have them sent to your dispatch warehouse in Solo. Java?
A.YES. Many of our clients do this. Trucks go to Bali loaded but return empty, so back loading to Java is cheap. If required we will arrange trucking for you. When we load your container your Bali products can be included with the products you buy from Java.
Q.Why are you based in Solo. Central Java?.
A.Central Java is the manufacturing and raw material hub in Indonesia. By being near the centre we are close to many suppliers of products and raw materials. We are also close to an international terminal port being Semarang.
