Ramon Genz / Principal
The Principal of UbudProperty and Bali Elite Realty, Mr Ramon Genz, is a German born Australian. Ramon was born in 1946 in West Berlin / Germany. After tertiary school education he started his career with an apprenticeship as Industrial Clerk. He studied Economy and Business Management in Berlin and worked as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for major German Industry.
At the age of 29 he accepted the task of developing an Island near Martinique / Caribbean into a Holiday Resort. This contract finished, he was called to Costa Rica to manage an important farm project.
In 1980 he returned back to Munich / Germany to oversee several South German Industrial Sales Offices for a Global Company. The call of far lands however, was in his blood and he decided to migrate to Australia with wife and son. Ramon set up a high tech print shop which developed over 10 years into one of the leading Government Print suppliers. Entrepreneurship, adventurism (or both) made him moving to Indonesia, building and running a Hotel on Lombok Island.
Since 2001 he with his Balinese wife Putu live near Ubud, Bali. In the same year they set up UbudProperty.com, a specializing Realtor for local residential property with 11 staff (year 2010) and added Bali Elite Realty in Denpasar to further utilize their insight into global economical issues and the teams knowledge and and experience relating to property issues in Bali.
