Lamerd Cement Co. (LCC) began to work in 2005 taking advantage of the efforts and attempts of Iranian specialists as well as up-to-date European technology and equipment.
-LCC is a company with unique features and high capacity of productions for selecting the best European technology and equipments. About 20 foreign contractors were appointed to manufacture and supply machinery, equipment and systems as follows:
Packing plant from H&B company (Germany), Material Mill from Pfeiffer company (Germany), Crushing plant & Dust Plantt from TKF company (Germany), Raw Material Store Pit, Furnace Feed & Cement Store Pitfrom from IBAU company (Germany),Clinker Conveyor from Aumund company (Germany),SF Cooler & Motors from ELIN company (Austria), Cure Department (pre-heater, furnace, SF cooler), Cement Mill, Mazut Tank & Installations from FLSmidth company (Denmark),Electrofilter from ELEX company (Switzerland)
-60 contractors were appointed to manufacture and install to the last stage which was operated by Fars and Khuzestan Cement Engineering Services Co. (CES) and other companies which cooperated with CES including Oxin Sanat, Memaran Pars Sanat, Omran Maroon Engineering Co., Parsian Co. and Iran Transfo Co.
-The Cement Curing department and furnace were finished and started to work in Jul. 2011. However, other divisions of the factory were finished in the first half of year 2012 and the cement began to be produced after the completion of installation and probative launch and exploitation stage. This factory was officially opened by Fars Governor in Sep. 2012 in the Government Week.
-Lamerd Cement brand was internationally registered on Dec. 07, 2012;
