Faraz Motor Tehran Co. abbreviated and hereafter called as FMT was established in the year 1998 in Tehran, Iran as a limited company active in the field of oil products and after increasing the capital in the year 2000 changed to a joint stock company in the same year.
FMT owns a factory with total area of 5387 SQM located in Eshtehard Industrial Zone with a 120-KM distance from Tehran the capital and two offices in Tehran city with a total area of 540 SQM.
FMT has a wide range of products like engine oils, hydraulic oils, Gear oil, Light and heavy oil, re-cycle base oil etc.
FMT has been very active, well-known and a leading company in export of oil products for an approximate volume of 250,000 MT and has been doing business with buyers from China, India, U.A.E., Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and CIS countries and has been handling business transactions with well-known and high standing companies like ENOC BUNKERING (FUJAIRAH) L.L.C, FAL OIL CO. LTD, INDEPENDENT PETROLEUM GROUP (IPG) and FAIRDEAL TRADERS S.A. in U.A.E. and many other companies worldwide.

FMT takes advantage of an R&D department in which the technical experts are taking into consideration the development of the processes which will be deemed as environmental friendly processes leading to the highest output volumes and wider range of products.
The FMT managers established a trading company in Dubai, U.A.E. in 27.01.2008 called Ocean Energy General Trading which is basically a Limited Liability currently maintaining accounts with National Bank of Dubai, Deira City Center Branch. In fact FMT acts as the company in Iran which does the real export formalities on behalf of Ocean Energy General Trading LLC which is in charge of handling the international business transactions in Dubai, U.A.E. So it is quite understood that FMT and Ocean Energy General Trading LLC are in fact same company.
Upon commencement of the business activities most of the company's managers' aim was focused on transiting oil products such as Heavy Oil, Base oil (Virgin & Recycle), RPO (Rubber Processing Oil) and slack wax from Iran and Iraq to the countries where we have some potential buyers and business partners as well as Crude Sulphur and Urea from CIS countries like Uzbekistan to said countries.
Due to having good relations and connections with people from Iranian government FMT has got the capability of selling Oil, Gas & Petrochemical products equipments to the government section, cooperation and partnership in running Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects inside Iran.
FMT has also the ability to supply oil products and transit oil, Gas and Petrochemical products from CIS countries.
