THE HISTORY
VITILLO spa was established in 1991. In short time it has become one of the most important Italian Companies in hydraulic fittings branch.
In 2003,TECKNOHOSE spa was established with the goal to widen the products offered, integrating hydraulic fittings with flexible hoses for middle-high pressure fluids.
The vertical growth of the group has been launched in 2006: TEKNOHOSE spa obtains the majority share of the CENTRO MESCOLE SUD spa, the main supplier of raw material needed for the flexible hoses production. For the fittings branch begins an investment phase in specific high-technology machineries that allow to self-produce and avoid the commitment of some production phases to third parties.

In 2008 the Group has begun its internationalization phase, with the creation of VITEK Makedonija doo, a NewCo shared by Vitillo and TEKNOHOSE. The location choice meets the need to include the Balkans area and East-Europe area as well.
Finally, two years later, with the aim to rebuild its own commercial structure and in cooperation with FOSCARIN, a company with over 45 years of history, the HIDRAX project begins.
In 2011 the HIDRAX Group obtains AGUASISTEM's majority share, a company with a consolidated know-how in fitting and shaping of rigid pipes. In the same year Hidrax acquires also LWM's majority share, a company that distributes since more than 10 years Vitillo's products in Germany; LWM becomes HIDRAX-GERMANY, the most important warehouse for North Europe distribution.
