I. P. E. Has been operating since october 1992 in the baltic countries as an agent representing various western clients interested in producing within the baltics and the former soviet union. Our job has been sourcing factories and placing and controling orders in factories in our clients name for the UK, german, irish and scandinavian markets.
Our factory
In 2005 we bought a manufacturing company in daugavpils, latvia, who had been producing for us on a regular basis over the last 10 years. Our factory manufactures ladies fashion garments on the one floor and workwear, corporate wear, hunting garments, and riding wear.

We have over the years built up a close contact with a number of factories and colleagues worldwide, and are now also dealing with stock garments as available from various factories worldwide. We operate as an an agent in this field, accting as a go between for the factory and the buyer. We are only interested in selling first quality garments, and guarantee this in making tight quality controls of all stock lots being bought by our clients, with our technical team.
As a part of our service we negotiate prices with the factory on the clients behalf, and control both import and export facilities from the manufacturer to the buyer in the clients name.
