The company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 23rd July 2003 under the name of Global Marketing Ventures Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg. No. 622597-H).
In year 2004, though the company ventures into various consumable products, baby diaper is the company core product. The company prides itself on being able to establish its own brand of baby diapers, namely KIDDO, after barely one year of venturing into baby diapers business. Currently the company is providing a full range of excellent KIDDO diapers sizing range from Mini pack, Regular pack, and Jumbo pack at a competitive prices with superior quality. The company is reputable for its commitment in product quality and timely delivery yet at a reasonable price.
In June 2005, the company decided to take the next bold step to expand the trading business into full time manufacturing as well as marketing the baby diapers under its own name, KIDDO.The company involved in the manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution under the registered trademark, KIDDO. In year 2006, KIDDO brand had captured the market share in terms of quality and product pricing in local market and is expanding until now.
The strategic partnership will enable the company to be more flexible and efficiant in formulating its marketing and operation strategy as well as providing technical support. Also, it allows the company to act as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for ather brand to tap the export market readily.
