Our main COB encapsulating method which has our own patent in semi-conductor
lighting area is well-known as the best mode in the field. It solves the heat dissipation problem and enlarges the heat dissipation area. Under this situation, it is not necessary to add another heat sink to dispate heat, and it can assure the life span of the LED. After many years' test and application for our products both in China market and foreign market, it proves that our high source encapsulation method is one of the most reliable methods. It has been a main topic in government high Tech research and development plan(863 plan)--new materials technology project 'semi-conductor lighting project.
