Flake Size: 12mm-18mm
Separated contaminations:
- Holt melt glue: from 0 up to 50 ppm
- Polythene: from 0 up to 50 ppm
- Labels: from 0 up to 50 ppm
- Organics: from 0 up to 50 ppm
- PVC bottles: 50 ppm max residual content
The process is composed by 4 stages: prewashing, grinding, washing, and drying. The highlights are our hot and cold water washing process, an x-ray machine to separate the PVC particles, and that the entire system is made of stainless steel to guarantee the highest quality.
