Sought functions limited was incorporated by government of the federal republic of Nigeria under the companies and allied matters decree 1990. Issued certificate of incorporation no. Rc.292,764 in 1996, but started effective distribution business in year 2000.
As a private limited liability company, sought functions limited was incorporated primarily to carry out business of importation, exportation, clearing and forwarding, haulage and general supplies of manufacturing equipment, specialized equipment, as well as raw materials and finished goods at both small and large scale levels. However, our main thrust in business for now remains in the wholesale and distribution of educational materials/equipment supplies to institutions of higher learning within the states of the federation of Nigeria, as well as active engagement in the supply chain of petroleum products.
Sought functions limited within this period of existence has effectively functioned at shoulder to shoulder levels with her comtemporaries both in content and physical performance in the discharge of our operations.
Over the year sought functions limited has cultivated an excellent working relationship with the major companies engaged in the manufacturing sector of the economy as well as the supervising agencies of relevant ministries.
