W.I.V.I.M PROSPER INVESTMENT LTD was incorporated in March 2010 and registered with Nigerian Export Promotion Council with registration No 0000925. The company is a private company with it headquarters located in J.O.S, Nigeria. The liabilities of members are limited by shares. The share capital of the company is N=2,000,000 (two million N.A.I.R.A only) divided into two million (2,000,000.00) ordinary shares of N=1.00 each.
The objectives for which the company is established are:
(a)to carry on business of real estate management, property management, sales and construction of buildings and to acquire land, buildings and real estate of any description( including easements and other proprietary rights), and to hold, improve, alter, develop, let, sell, or otherwise dispose of the same.
(b)To buy, sell, export, import, install, repair, deal in all kinds of electrical and electronic appliances, communication equipment, office equipment, household equipment, general goods( whether or not manufactured in whole or in part) and raw materials in any part of the world and generally to undertake the business of general merchandise, industrialist and distributors of general goods.
(c)To carry on the business of general contracts, international trading, imports, exports, general logistic services, supplies, telecommunication and information technology services, transportation, sales and distribution of general goods, commission agents, manufacturers representatives to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles, substances, products, commodities, appliances and things in connection with the company business.
(d)To provide construction services of every descriptions including planning, erection, improvement, repair, alteration of existing buildings, maintenance of construction works, building contractors, estate agents, land agents, property agents, property developers and general dealing in real estate management of every kind.
(e)To borrow or raise money (from any financial institution) in such manner as the company management deem fit and to secure the repayment of any money borrowed, raised or owing by mortgage charge or lien upon the whole or any part of the company property or assets.
(f)To carry on business as miners, to excavate, dig tunnel, quarry and work mines and mineral supplies. To do business as suppliers and dealers in the produce of mines and materials of all kinds of gem stones.
(g)To do business of rock crushing, quarry stones, gravels, tiles, marbles, granites and to supply and deals in lime stones, clay, sand, gem stones , granites, marbles, earth and gravel.
(h)To do all such other lawful businesses (pharmaceutical drugs, medical equipment, medical consumables, agricultural equipment, aggro allied products, fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, agricultural machinery etc).
