SUBJECT; SALE OF BONNYLIGHT CRUDE OIL (BLCO)
ATTN: PROSPECTIVE BUYER / MANDATE
Please be informed, from the genesis, that there will be no iota of "Up Front Payment", whatever form, in the course of this transaction. All payment shall be embodied in the LC, or any other mutual agreed financial mode to be established, at the appropriate time, in the course of this deal.
Further also be informed that my Company-Emekgina Commercial Syndicates was duely registered in 16th Oct. , 1986, Rc: 37666 as an agent to any commercial ventures or government or corporate organisations.
Qauntity: The seller will give out, at any given transaction, two million bbls (2mbbls) of BLCO, which will be revolving, if the first deal goes through, very smoothly. However, there is a possibility for an increase qauntity, which can be reflected in the Contract (SPA) to be endorsed by Seller and Buyer.
Qaulity: This will be in accordance with the standard specifications for BLCO, which will be clearly expressed in the SPA.
Details relating to the issue of PROCEDURE, PRICE, COMMISSION, NCND, AGREEMENT, IRREVOCABLE MASTER FEE PROCTECTION & PAY ORDER AGREEMENT, etc, which will constitute as integral part of the Contract (SPA) , will be relayed to you, upon your indication of interest in the proposal.
