1. The Seller Issues Sales And Purchase Agreement Contract,
Buyer & Seller Sign & Seal This Contract And Exchange The Signed Electronic
Copies By Both Parties And These Signed Copies Are Considered Legally
Binding And Enforceable.
2. Within 3 Banking Days Of Above (I), Buyer Shall Nominate Its
Vessel Details And Also Send Its Vessel Documents (Cpa, Q88 ,Atl, And
Vessel Invoice ) To The Seller To Be Forwarded For Approval And Security
Clearance By Bonny Terminal Officials.
3. Seller Sends Terminal Nor To Buyer Receiving Ports
4. Seller Issue Official In And Out Clearance Within 48hours
5. Buyer Verifies Clearance
6 . Buyer Moves Vessel To Terminal And Load
7. Buyer Issues LC/DlC/BG/MT760/ After Loading The Contractual Quantity
8 A & Q (Quality & Quantity Certified
9 Vessel Cleared To International Waters For Another Q & Q
10 Payment is made IMMEDIATELY via SWIFT (MT103) transfer
11. Vessel sails to buyer's destination port
