This is accomplished by the contribution of specialized professional expertise in the different fields of Civil and Allied Engineering, Project Planning, Project Design and Management, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Computer Applications and large integrated assignments using adequate equipments.The Company operates an internal Quality Assurance System (QAS) translated into a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to suit the needs and size of each project as its nature determines.Therefore specialized professionals are decided for the project on the basis of an optimization study of its nature, timing and cost.Also the monitoring and evaluation system relies on a special logical framework, which relates specifically to the construction inputs and includes objectively verifiable indicators of engineering performance.This has always allowed for the realization of the design objectives of projects with an acceptable Cost-Benefit Ratio (CBR), which translates to techno-economic benefits for the clients.Over the years, the firm has had relevant engineering planning, design, supervision and construction management experience in the execution of small, medium to large-scale projects. The company was introduced to oil exploration when the Federal Government of Nigeria began payment for projects executed by major multinational construction companies with crude oil.Lanretoria Limited has been in this business as intermediaries and suppliers of BLCO (Bonny Light Crude Oil) with operational base at Forcados. Supplies are made on CIF/TTT/TTO terms.
