A group of prudent businessmen set up Siza International (Pvt. ) Limited in 1985 with a humanitarian view of serving the nation and the medical profession. A plant was set up for the local manufacture of pharmaceutical products like Infusion Solutions, Tablets etc. As a result of rapid growth, the company was soon manufacturing high-tech pharmaceuticals and a vast range of generic preparations. For effective management and propagation of sales an independent marketing department was set up in 1989. With this its mission gained definition to provide high quality pharmaceuticals to the customers at the most affordable prices. The high level of customer satisfaction together with the continuously increasing rate of prescription is a testimony of the fact that the quality of our products is equal, if not superior, to any other national or multinational company's products. Manufacturing Facilities: At our most modern and sophisticated plant located just outside the city of Lahore, we meet our country's demand for quality intravenous solutions and other pharmaceutical specialties, under the supervision of highly qualified technical staff. Strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , and astringent Quality Control measures are the basic standard at SIZA. The pillar, on which the quality assurance stands, is that the manufacturing processes are in total conformity with the laid down validated systems concerning environment, equipment and products with a complete network of In process control system". The instruments used for monitoring process are carefully handled and regularly calibrated, as the reliable instrument only can guarantee the quality of process. In addition, the quality of product ultimately depends on the quality of those producing it, therefore training and professional development of all production and quality control staff is given due importance. Every effort is taken to ensure that the quality of all SIZA products is the best. Therefore the quality of raw materials, equipment, process techniques, production environment and personnel etcetera, are of the highest standards. Field Force: Siza International has a field force comprising of over 200 hardworking and committed professionals. They stay in touch with medical service providers, clinics, hospitals and chemists all over Pakistan. Sales personnel keep them informed and updated of new developments, researches, innovations and improvements in the pharmaceutical industry. They also gather queries and questions of Doctors and other health care providers and send them to Head Office where these queries and questions are worked on and replied by highly qualified professional doctors. Distribution: The distribution setup of SIZA is organized on the same lines as other leading Pharmaceutical Companies. We have more than 80 distributors / stockiest, which are being looked over by Sales Department. These distributors / stockiest are responsible for comprehensive coverage within their respective areas. In large cities / areas there are separate distributors for trade sales and institutional sales. This setup ensures better coverage and service to these two market segments. The stockiest are present in each and every town. They are looked over by the distributor of the nearest city. This ensures that our products reach each and every city and town of Pakistan.
