More Elastic:
The filling used in traditional pillows / cushions is carder fiber. This kind of filling is mainly structured of single fiber; and hence, the elasticity of the filling is equivalent to elasticity of a single fiber. In the case of Ball Fiber, however, each ball contains more than 50 single fibers. Not only the ball contains the elasticity of a single fiber, it has an all directional high elasticity that is incomparable to the elasticity achieved from carded fiber.
Fluffier & Durable:
In Pakistan, Polyester Ball Fiber is mechanically produced. In this way of production the very softness of polyester fiber is lost because of its constant contact with mechanical parts. However, Original Ball Fiber is produced aerodynamically. The balls are formed using air pressure, and since the polyester fiber does not touches any mechanical part, it keeps its softness and remains durable.
Longer Period of Utilization:
Original Ball fiber is pre-agglomerated into discrete pearl sized balls; that results into a great anti agglomerant power. This means that the fiber will maintain its initial properties for a great period of time, even after many washes.
More air-permeable:
Pearl-sized balls from Original are granular balls in shape. Theoretically speaking, the contact between balls is point contact. The air permeable space which exists between balls is still much bigger compared to the space between single fibers. This property keeps the pillow core dry and comfortable, without any odor and chance of mite breeding.
Machine washable:
Original Ball Fibers expand under pressure due to the all directional expanding elasticity. The balls automatically fill in the spaces inside the cushion or pillow. Original ball Fiber keep the original plumpness even after machine wash. Tests made by authorized organizations in Canada for this product show that the resilience ratio is more than 98% after the balls are machine washed 200 times.
Hygienic & Accurate Filling:
At Original, we also have state-of-the-art facility of cushion and pillow filling. Cushions are filled pneumatically with no human contact involved; thus keeping the inside of your pillow hygienic and dirt-free. Not only this automatic filling facility allows us to weigh and fill the cushion cores accurately to customer specifications, the process is much faster than filling the cushion cores manually.
