Q-U-J resources is presently engaged in the harvesting, buying, processing and marketing of various seafood products to select local Japanese Sushi Bars and Chinese Seafood Restaurants in Metro-Manila. It has been in this business since 1997, and has established its name for quality and reliability among fine dining Japanese and Chinese restaurants.The company is primarily owned and managed by the spouses Apollo& Virginia Dimayuga. Except for the head office staff all of the employees are contractual and organized around the different parts of the country where we harvest or source our seafood supplies.The company was first engaged in the harvesting, processing and marketing of Sea Urchin Roe(or UNI) to Japanese restaurants in Metro-Manila. And with the improving trust and confidence of our customers, the company started expanding its product offering by including other high end seafood products such as tuna loins, mud crabs, octopus, lobsters and other high end shellfishes such as: Abalone, scallops, etc.
