K& y apparel corp.(formerly kyung sung apparel corp. )was registered with appropriate goernment agencies, the securities and exchange commission(sec, board of investment(boi), garments and textile export board(gteb).
The corporation is engaged in operate, conduct and maintain the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, exporting on wholesale basis only in importing and otherwise dealing in apparel or garment of all kiind as well all kinds of textiles, tools, machines appliances or apparatus employed in or related to the manufacture of said goods as independent contractor, and contract with third parties, natural or judicial, to supply the work and labor and materials for the manufacture and processing of said articles or goods as independent contractors.
The corporation owned a lot of 5,000 square meters, with three storey building used offices, and production such as sewing, trimmings, pressing, hangerinds, quality control(q. C. ) designing, cutting, pattern making, packing, warehousing, loading and unloading etc.
