Brief Description of Production Workflow:
Our baskets are manufactured from where the raw materials are sourced to cut add-ons for transportation of the raw materials to the factory for cheaper production cost. In this way, wastages of raw materials are eliminated in our costing. From the farm-outs, the finished baskets are transported to our factory for quality re-inspection, finishing(if required), packing for ready shipping. During the production stage, close monitoring is being done by our personnels, to avoid delays and untoward problems that may affect the shipment schedules.
Lately, we are implementing the "pay-as-you-deliver" policy that is now very effective because the weavers are being pai for every inspected finished baskets that they have done. As practiced recently by other exporters, they issued postdated checks for their deliveries that made the weavers to shift working to our company.
Our researched and development staffs are also doing new product developments the keep them creating new styles of baskets and other utilities. Most of our customers are giving us their own product line for us to make variations. They gave us also their own product esigns that we make them into a proto-type for approval.
