B.C. Holdings is the investment firm that owns and directs the investments of the Chimutashu family and its investment partners. Today, B.C. Holdings has a substantial stake in the ownership of various major businesses i.e. MAINDEAL TRADING, ALLYSCOM INVESTMENTS AND LISVALE PROPERTY DEVELOPERS etc, both real estate and non-real estate related, with a level of involvement in the management of these companies that ranges from active to passive. Our holdings also include significant, diversified positions in financial investments.

Sir Bright Chimutashu began a career of real estate development in December 1999 when he started a company called LISVALE TRADING t/a LISVALE PROPERTY DEVELOPERS. Since that time he and his family have had a prominent role as developers and investors in the Zimbabwe and international real estate markets.
