Our products are Sepa-Dryer (new air dryer technology for sludge), Shaftless Screw Conveyor, Air Turbo Blower and SF Filter.

Product Summary
Sepa-Dryer uses air impact for sludge dehydration after dewatering process.
It is economical and eco friendly solution for sludge dehydration treatment.
Sepa-Dryer is capable to reduce moisture content from sludge dewatered cake upto 55% D.S.
Our development technology is accomplished to make dry solid of municipal sewage sludge upto 10% through two-stage drying system.
Application : Sepa-Dryer can apply to water and waste water plants, such as sewage treatment plants,sludge disposal facility, joint treatment facilities of livestock wasyewayrt, paper-mill sludge treatment and so on.
The advantage of Sepa-Dryer
- It uses air impact for dehydration so there is no V.O.C, NOx,SOx while dehydration process of Sepa-Dryer.
- Dried matter discharged from Sepa-dryer is particle shape and it is very useful for fermentation of organic composting process.

Shaftless Screw Conveyor
Shaftless Screw Conveyor is new sugestion to transfer high load matter and mixed matter.
The advantage of Shaftless Screw Conveyor
- The central axis(shaft) of screw does not exist so that whole screw has flexibility.This makes screw to transfer smoothly without interruption whichi is made by overload.
- By use of wear resistant special steel(AR400), it can extand useful life over third time than SS400.
- Design of conveyor is simple so that maintenance is easy.
- We can manufacture various standard products including out diameter 140mm~650mm. And we can control out diameter and pitch for customer's demand.
Air Turbo Blower
Air Turbo is product that provides the best energy efficiency though the use of a high-speed motor, air bearings and a powerful centrifugal compressor design.
Application : Aeration for biological process in wastewater treatment and sludge air dryer and conveying powder.
The advantage of Air Turbo Blower
- It will reduce your electricity costs by more than 30% compared to traditional blower design(roots blower) and provide you with a clean and quiet working enviroment.
- Our blower is designed with touch screen PLC controller which operater can run easily and change air flux by use of inverter.
SF-Filter
SF-Filter is S-type gravity fiber filter which can improve quality in final position of wastewater treatment.
Applications : SF-Filter is very useful for maintaing discharge water quality in final position of wastewater treatment.
The advantage of SF-Filter
- Amount of back washing water is low(below 2percent).
- Pressing fiber to form S shape can prevent channeling effect which is caused by fiber's flexibility.
- Pressing fiber to form S shape makes it possible to retain constant and stable water quality.
- Square plate diskette structure can minimize the site area of installationg.
- SF-Filter is available to remove SS(suspended solid) up to 6ppm.
