Since established in Feb of 2001, ThermoNik has been supplying various kinds of Electric furnaces to Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan and the US thru technology and capital alliance with Thermonic in Japan that has made of electric furnaces for 40yrs.

We periodically dispatch our engineers to Thermonic in Japan to share with state-of-the-art technology. Our purposes are to
- Research recent trends of new types of furnaces for new materials
- Provide price-competitive furnaces to the world market that is already full of somewhat-expensive furnaces from many suppliers

As a result, we have supplied a variety of furnaces to the world-wide market. Such furnaces are
- Sintering furnace for lithium battery-cathode material (carbon)
- Sintering furnace for Lithium battery- anode material
- Sintering furnace and de-binding furnace for UV ferule
- De-binding furnace and sintering furnace for LTCC
- Sintering furnace for ceramic heater
- High-temperature quick cooling furnace
- Fiber preform sintering furnace for mass-production

Customer Service

For the customer convenience, ThermoNik leased three main furnaces from Thermonic in Japan such as Graphite Vacuum Furnace, Metal Vacuum Furnace, and Kanthal Super Box Furnace to test our furnaces properly working for customers materials with low-costs.

These activities will generate customers satisfaction toward ThermoNik. furnaces. That is why we continue to do our best to provide good quality furnaces with low-price for customers.
