Welcome to the PETROSELL INC. corporate website. We are working as a trading company that offers Diesel Oil (D2) origin Russian Federation to professional business partners all over the world.
As a reliable partner we are supporting our Russian supplier to sell their petroleum products by prequalifying all possible Buyers, trying to satisfy the requirements of Buyers and Sellers with all our power and knowledge.
We strictly follow the International Procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Seller for every transaction. All communications will therefore be in form of actual documents. We start our work after the receipt of the certified, ennumerated and signed first documents (ICPO / BCL) .
We will prove these documents and send them to the Seller, when we are convinced that these documents and all the data are correct and true. When the Seller has read and approved these documents, we will then issue the documents the procedure requires to continue the process. That way all correspondence will be well documented at each stage of the process.
Rules of formulation ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order)
All normal buyers are familiar with the rules of formulation for such documents such as an ICPO and BCL, but in order to save our time we decided to present some rules. Disregarding these will not lead to a joint operation with us.
We always require accurate and complete documents, which can be provided to our supplier. We will always reply to those companies whose documents are prepared properly. Unproperly prepared documents wil be notified to the Buyer. We keep our right to discart these Buyers from the purchase procedure if the documents are presented unproperly for a second time. We will give all our professional advise to lead every serious request to a successful operation.
ICPO must be issued in both Russian and English. Examples of ICPO formulation will be transmitted on request.
Nowadays we also trade with GOLD from Thailand.
