Our Company was set up in 1993 as a joint venture between Sri Lankan and German Partners to produce. High Quality Aluminum Gravity Die Castings and Sand Castings for the German Market. The company had been equipped with the most modern foundry equipment and is capable of manufacturing industrial and Decorative Castings to any specifications that are required by our customers.
Modern Facilities
The state of the Art facilities available at Almeco include computer controlled Electrical Melting Furnaces, facilities for Hydraulically, operated Dies, modern Grinding and finishing. Machines including; vibratory finishing systems. Castings can be finished to any colour desired by the customer in the modern powder coating plant. Die manufacture is carried out/in our own factories to customer drawings and specifications.
Products
We cater to a wide range of very satisfied customers in Germany. We produce all types of industrial Die Castings which are in DIN specified Alloys. Decorative Castings for Outdoor Fencing and Door Handles etc.. are finished to a very high degree of polish or carefully Powder Coated in all RAL Colors required by the customer.
Quality Testing
Meeting the very exacting standards required by our German Customers, we have set up an exhaustive Quality Testing Department which checks Castings for Dimensional accuracy. The Castings are carefully packed for shipment to preserve the high degree of finish.
