The present security environment
In 2004 August, the top two cryptographic systems of the world, MD5 and SHA-1 were cracked; especially SHA-1, the so called "encryption of the white house", was being applied in the United States and other countries also being cracked, which created a big shock to the cryptology technology of the world. National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) then expressed the U. S. government will not utilize SHA-1 anymore and they plan to adopt a more advanced cryptographic system in 2010.
Basic Principles and Designing Concepts
In 1990, we reestablish more than two Lyapunov exponents of hyper-chaos
synchronization system.
To design "transmitter" and "receiver", with setting several parameters,
creating the dynamic "Mask" or "Vehicle" and going through simplex-coupling to create hyper-chaos synchronization system phenomena. The transmitter will make the information hidden in the mask or vehicle to deliver and save it. The receiver just have to neglect the mask or vehicle and without complicated calculation, then we can go through the almost synchronously revivification process to get the correct information.
