Stream Tapware Corp. Has been devoting to manufacture brass fittings for over 20 years. We produce a variety of configurations and sizes of brass fittings. Our factory was registered as a brass fitting and stop valve manufacturer in 1977. After 20 years of operation, we expanded our production facility and established a new site (20, 000 square meters) 10 years ago (1997) , which is recognized by ISO9001. Over 20 years of experience enable us becoming one of the cost effective manufacturer in this industry. Our monthly sales volume for brass fittings in North American market is approx. One million pieces.
The advantage of our factory has over the other competitors is that it has a much wider range of control over production. Unlike most factories purchasing already shaped copper rod from outside source, we have our own subdivision to extrude or forge the brass rod into tee, elbow or other irregular shape in house by ourselves. The purity of copper and the shape of the rod is no longer dependent on raw material supplier. Our factory has 350 well trained local workers leaded by 10 experienced officers from Taiwan. We primarily have products that are more conventional and less complex produced at this site to reach a strong price competition.
For fittings that require higher degree of precision or made in marerial other than brass such as stainless steel, steel or aluminum, they are produced in Taiwan. Our moderate sized CNC work center equipped shops provide our customers with high quality work and reasonable price. "moderate sized" in this case really is an advantage over many other large volume machine shops. Because of the moderate size, the overhead costs the shops carry are relatively small. We are able to deliver a decent volume of products that require high customization and complex in process at competitive price. And, usually, very short waiting period is needed between sample making and production run.
