According to the growing market demand, we built our first manufactory, which occupied 2315 square meters. The first manufactory has more than 20 large-scale, medium-scale and small-scale plastic injection machines. In 2003, Lei Ming Industrial Co., Ltd. built up its own warehouse occupied 2650 square meter and the main purpose of building this warehouse is to reduce purchase cost by massive purchasing. Secondly, to prevent material costs fluctuate by a wide margin with goal of 0 stocks. Lastly, our lathe stamping department and assembly department were established in 2007 and occupies 4958 square meter. To ensure goods' quality, we test casters before they reach clients' hand. In the test, we test its carrying capacity and seek for any breach on caster after 24 hours testing. Therefore, damaged goods will not be shipped. After years of efforts, integrated production line not only leads us good work flows and less production costs, it also guarantees our goods to deliver on time and to solve clients' urgent demand.
