Our service is ranging from the normal printed circuit board assembly ( pcba ) and flexible printed circuit assembly ( fpca ) to box build or completed product assembly and testing using auto insertion technology ( ait ), lead free soldering for both surface mount technology and selective wave soldering ( clean and no-clean processes ), flip chip, fine pitch bga, chip on board process ( cob ) in clean room environment, in circuit testing ( ict ), various functional testing ( fct ), static and dynamic burn-in, chemical compound encapsulation ( potting ), conformal coating, aqueous cleaning using de-ionized water, etc.. We also provide other extending services such as design for manufacturing ( dfm ) and order fulfillment warehousing.
